Le Diamant Noir reveals its refined decor that combines wood with fine materials and hints of warm colours. Light floods in through the large picture windows and reveals a majestic setting. Surrounded by the 3 Vallées, you'll enjoy a spectacular view of the mountains and savour the dishes of our Chief.

Throughout the day you can enjoy our Chef's suggestions in the Lounge Bar. To be enjoyed on the panoramic terrace or by the fire.

Chef Eric Samson

Chef Eric Samson invites you on a harmonious gustatory journey, fusing his Breton roots (with iodized marine flavors such as abalone and sea urchin) with the high-altitude alpine atmosphere of Savoie. Not forgetting Périgord, where the chef tends his own truffle fields. These three distinct yet complementary natural territories interact and confront each other through his creations.

Among the chef's new creations, the remarkably delicate Arctic char combines with tangy purslane and iodized caviar. Also discover the subtlety of aged abalone from the Brittany coast, as well as an organic egg in homage to Périgord truffles.

Eric Samson and his pastry chef also concoct wonderful desserts, combining lightness and intensity. Not to mention a superb wine list, perfectly in tune with the culinary proposal.
