Only open in the evening, the international restaurant reveals its single set menu with five dishes served at the table. For a supplement, other suggestions are offered, mainly for the starter and dessert. Every day, our chef selects quality products to offer you high spirited cuisine with a shine.
The international restaurant will also serve you breakfast with its buffet. The buffet is composed of products that our teams have created in our kitchens (such as jam), as well as local food products.
Eric Samson is a Brittany native who worked with Relais & Chateaux for 10 years. He then set out into various rewarding experiences, during which he obtained his first Michelin star, at the Château de Courcelles, in 2001. In 2004, Eric Samson opened his own restaurant, “L’Imaginaire”, in Dordogne and he received another Michelin star.
Today, the star chef Eric Samson has decided to put his talent to the Koh-I Nor's kitchen to propose a cuisine made of a lot of diversity from influencies won during his many travels abroad. A winter cooking "creative and sophisticated" which make honor to seasonal local products while being faithful to the hotel's values.
